Lead Vendor Setup Guide

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Enter a name for the lead vendor in Ringy: Legacy Financial or Benefits for Veterans.
  2. In the "Lead vendor fields" section, copy and paste the appropriate field list below depending on which vendor you're setting up.
  3. Important: The following fields already exist in Ringy: Phone Number, Full Name, Email, and State. You can copy and paste them into the list, but you'll need to select them from the dropdown menu instead of creating new fields.
  4. For the other fields, just copy, paste, and press enter. Ringy will automatically create a custom field for each of those.
  5. Click “Save Lead Vendor.”

Troubleshooting

  • Missing Fields? Double-check that the field names are spelled exactly as shown in the field lists.
  • Leads not showing up in Ringy?
    • Confirm you copied the correct SID and Auth Token from Ringy.
    • Make sure you're applying them to the right campaign in Lead Conex, and under the correct lead vendor (Legacy Financial or Benefits for Veterans).
    • Ensure you selected the right vendor in the dropdown when doing the Ringy integration in Lead Conex.
    • If the issue continues, email support@lifejacketleads.com with the subject line: "Ringy Integration Issue".

Only reach out to support after verifying the above steps. Most issues are caused by SID/Auth Token errors or incorrect field names.
