CRM Integration Setup Guide
Connect your CRM so new leads flow automatically from Mova into your system. Choose your CRM below and follow the steps.
Ringy Integration
Ringy requires a separate Lead Vendor for each source and freshness level, and each vendor must include specific custom fields. Create vendors for: Legacy – Fresh, Legacy – Aged, Veteran – Fresh, and Veteran – Aged.
1) Create Lead Vendors in Ringy
- Go to Settings → Lead Vendors in Ringy.
- Click New Lead Vendor and name it for the exact bucket (e.g., “Legacy – Fresh”).
- In Lead vendor fields, add the fields below.
Important: use Ringy’s built-in options for Phone Number, Full Name, Email, and State (don’t recreate as custom text fields). Spell names exactly as shown. - Click Save Lead Vendor. Repeat for each vendor (Legacy/Veteran × Fresh/Aged).
Legacy Financial — Field List
Phone Number Email Full Name State Desired Coverage Type Beneficiary
These fields support the general (Legacy) life-insurance flow.
Benefits for Veterans — Field List
Phone Number Email Full Name State Beneficiary Military Status Current Coverage Age Health
These capture veteran-specific qualifiers and current status.
Tip: field order doesn’t matter, but names and types do. If a field exists as a Ringy system field, select it from the dropdown rather than creating a free-text field.
2) Copy your Ringy keys (per vendor)
- Open the vendor you created and click Integration Details (lock icon).
- Copy the sid and authToken values.
3) Paste keys in Mova
- In Mova, go to Account Settings → Ringy Integration.
- Paste the sid and authToken into the matching slot:
- Veteran Website Lead Vendor (Fresh) → keys from your Veteran – Fresh vendor.
- Veteran Website Lead Vendor (Aged) → keys from your Veteran – Aged vendor.
- Legacy Website Lead Vendor (Fresh) → keys from your Legacy – Fresh vendor.
- Legacy Website Lead Vendor (Aged) → keys from your Legacy – Aged vendor.
- Click Save changes.
4) Verify with a test lead
Submit a test through your form for each bucket. In Ringy, the lead should appear under the correct Lead Vendor with all fields populated.
Troubleshooting (Ringy)
- No lead received? Ensure the vendor’s sid/authToken pasted in Mova match the correct bucket (Legacy vs Veteran, Fresh vs Aged).
- Missing values? Confirm you used Ringy system fields for Phone, Email, Full Name, and State, and that custom field names match exactly.
- Wrong bucket? Confirm your campaign in Mova is mapped to the intended vendor slot.
GoHighLevel Integration
Mova sends leads directly to your GoHighLevel account, automatically tagging each contact so you can build workflows and automations.
What you’ll need
- API Key: Settings → Business Profile.
- Location ID: In your GHL URL — abc123XYZ would be the Location ID (e.g., app.gohighlevel.com/v2/location/abc123XYZ/dashboard ).
How to connect
- In Mova, go to Account Settings → GoHighLevel Integration.
- Paste your API Key and Location ID.
- Click Save changes.
Each contact will be tagged (e.g., LifeJacket Veteran Fresh). Use tags in Workflows to assign owners or trigger follow-ups.
⚙️ No extra setup required — Mova handles tagging automatically.
Close CRM Integration

- Lead Source Custom Field ID: Settings → Custom Fields (copy the API ID for “Lead Source”).
How to connect
- In Mova, go to Account Settings → Close CRM Integration.
