Lead Vendor Setup Guide
Follow the steps below to connect your campaigns so new leads flow into Ringy automatically.
Important: Create a separate Ringy Lead Vendor for each campaign/source:
- Legacy Financial (general life leads)
- Benefits for Veterans (veteran-focused leads)
This keeps reporting clean and lets you track performance by source.
1) Create your Lead Vendor in Ringy
- In Ringy, go to Settings → Lead Vendors.
- Click New Lead Vendor and name it Legacy Financial or Benefits for Veterans.
- In Lead vendor fields, add the exact fields from the lists below.
- Built-in fields (select from dropdown, don’t recreate): Phone Number, Full Name, Email, State.
- Click Save Lead Vendor.

3) Grab your Ringy keys (SID & authToken)
- Still in Ringy → Lead Vendors, click into the vendor you just created.
- Top-right of that page, click Integration Details (black lock icon).
- Copy the values for sid and authToken. You’ll paste these in Mova.
4) Add those keys in Mova
- Log in to your Lifejacket Leads Mova dashboard.
- Top-right, tap your black circle avatar → Account Settings.
- Scroll to Ringy Integration.
- Paste the sid and authToken into the section that matches your campaign:
- Veteran Website Lead Vendor → use the keys from your Benefits for Veterans vendor.
- Legacy Website Lead Vendor → use the keys from your Legacy Financial vendor.
- Tap Save changes.
Repeat this for each campaign. If you add a new source later, create a new Ringy vendor, grab its keys, and paste them in the matching section here.
Troubleshooting
- No leads in Ringy? Confirm you pasted the correct sid/authToken into the matching (Legacy vs Veterans) section in Mova.
- Missing fields? Make sure field names match the lists exactly (including capitalization/spaces).
- Still stuck? Email support@lifejacketleads.com with subject “Ringy Integration Issue” and include a screenshot of:
- Your Ringy Lead Vendor → Integration Details (showing sid/authToken).
- Your Mova Account Settings → Ringy Integration section.
Final step
Once saved, submit a test lead through your form. You should see it appear in Ringy under the correct vendor/source within seconds.
